Tasting notes: intense ruby red in colour with persistent violet hues. The aroma presents itself to the nose with the intense and fruity flavour of cherries, as well as the scent of red fruits and undergrowth, with excellent integrity. The taste is complex, confirmed by the nose and in the mouth, an immense velvet texture and a very persistent after taste, classic for a great Amarone.

Serve with: ideal for prominent dishes based on game, red meat and mature cheeses. Excellent for dishes garnished with balsamic vinegar aged for 25 years.
