Our 100% Greco di Tufo DOCG, vinified in dry white wine, is entirely made inside the Vallimai terroir, in the Prata di Principato Ultra township, on a clayey land at 400m above sea.

Tasting notes: bright and appealing visual appearance, with pale yellow colour and gold reflections. Intense notes of white peach, flowers and wild herbs. The mouthfeel is well-balanced and persistent, with yellow and tropical fruit aromas and a pleasant almondy aftertaste.
Serve with: with a pleasing sapidity and structure, this wine is suitable to accompany an entire meal, from white meat to fish plates: perfect to pair with chicken cacciatore or stewed baby octopus.
