Tasting notes: intense red colour tending towards garnet. The aroma is intense, with notes of mature fruit, herbs and an ending of light vanilla scent. The mouthfeel is pleasantly sourish yet balanced, with a great persistence.
Serve with: perfect with risotto, first courses with wild game sauces, grilled meat.
