Tasting notes: The visual aspect is brilliant, being a straw yellow with splendid golden hues. The scent fully recalls the aromatic heritage of Zibibbo grapes, with strong notes of zagara, apricot and almond, finishing with jasmine and aromatic herbs. The taste reveals great body and excellent flavour; the finish is very pleasant and elegant, and recalls the entire spectrum of aroma found on the nose, with a final mineral note.
Serve with: it is a wine that lends itself to accompany an entire meal, from meat to fish, from vegetables to cheese; also excellent with dry pastries or chocolate from Modica, for example with jasmine.
