Description
The pomace come from our precious Amarone grapes, strictly selected while still in the winery and preserved in special sealed containers, in order to secure the correct distillation process.
This Acquavite is still produced using the traditional family alembic, which allows to mantain the typicalness of the vines. The refined technique of Carlo Gobetti creates a 50% vol. Acquavite of fine excellence.
In order to convey a product of absolute quality, our Tuttogrado Acquavite is produced only in very limited quantities.
