The secret of our Valpolicella Ripasso is producing it according to traditional methods, that is to say by repassing Valpolicella Superiore with Amarone, and in particular with the cap formed by the Amarone skins.

Tasting notes: bright ruby red in colour, tending towards garnet. The aroma to the nose has pleasing hints of plums, cherries, spices and touches of minerals; the full and velvety taste is full-bodied and persistent. On the tongue there is an excellent balance between tannicity and minerality.
Serve with: Pasta dishes with meat sauces, meat ravioli with ragù, mixed boiled meat, delicate game, roasted red meats and grilled meats.
