Amarone Della Valpolicella
Our Amarone della Valpolicella is made only of grapes from 40 years old average vines; some reach 80 years old. The personal control of the vineyard is an essential element in achieving a superior product, for which quality and exclusivity are guaranteed by rigorously selecting the best grapes in 3 distinct moments: when harvesting the grapes and then subsequently, in two stages, during the withering process.
Vinification is then carried out in a specially designed winemaker in order to guarantee the delicacy and uniqueness of our Amarone. Aging lasts a minimum of 3 years in large French oak barrels (Allier area), and another 2 years in bottle.
Food pairing: ideal for prominent dishes based on game, red meat and mature cheeses. Excellent for dishes garnished with balsamic vinegar aged for 25 years.
